Anyone can workout here. I have seen all fitness and ability levels get stronger, healthier and more confident. You don’t see that at other gyms. The coaches and staff are great. They are always there pushing and motivating you to the next level of fitness. I look forward to the workouts each day, along with the other people in the classes motivating each other. - Joe F.

Thanks to every member and the entire SKB staff for all the support that has come in a variety of ways— from happily being a workout buddy to explaining a technique, to teaching me how to roast beets, to just saying hello. And, thanks especially for the constant encouragement and humor that makes the WOD fun–each and every time–well, most every time. Do I recommend SKB? Absolutely! - Wanda I.

Seacoast kettlebell really changed my life! To date, I have lost just under 80 lb’s went from a 46 waist to a 34/36 waist and am in the best shape of my life since my late 20’s and early 30’s. I have more energy then I know what to do with it and I owe it all to Seacoast Kettlebell. Thank You Staff and Trainers!! - Thomas J.

An obstacle was (as a single mother) just taking “me” time. I told my sons they needed to understand dinner wasn’t always going to be ready right away, cause Mom might be at the gym. They turned out to be my biggest cheerleaders! This was a lifestyle change, I was never hungry, I learned you can do anything for (30 seconds, a minute, a day, a week…), and I’ve learned so much and felt so supported the whole time! Thank you to all of you SKBers! - Linda

Accountables taught us about healthier eating, the ratios of protein to fats to carbs, dietary fiber and the glycemic index, and most importantly, how to properly read and understand a food label, and where to find the “good for you” items in the supermarket. Since completing this class, we now feel that we have the tools and means to maintain a healthy lifestyle. - Cathy + Al T.
